Official Website

When customers visit the Khan Academy website, you will need to sign up or sign into your existing account using your Google account or your Facebook account. After signing into your account, you have the ability to search for specific videos and training material. In order to make searching easy, Khan Academy divides the information into categories. If you need additional information relating to processes, you should read the Khan Academy FAQs.

Social Media

There are several social media pages you can use in order to reach a customer service representative. Throughout all off the social media pages, there was a wealth of information, as well as active conversations. On average, the response time from the customer service department was less than 24 hours. A few of the message were addressed in less than 60 minutes.

Customer Service Email

The email address listed on the website is more of a customer feedback form. Customer input their name, email address, contact information and message. We sent a message to the customer service team asking for information relating to the hours of operation. There was no information available on the website. After sending our message, we received an automated response stating a customer care agent would respond within 48 hours.

Our Experience

Considering we could not contact the customer service department by phone, we used the available resources to connect with a customer service agent. The overall experience was ideal. We did not have to wait on hold or speak with a customer service agent without knowledge relating to the policy and procedures of the company. When you reached out to the customer service department,, what was the outcome? Take a few minutes to share your story with us below.

  1. no phone number, it makes me think you are not as good as you say
? What is the phone number? I have questions.

  2. Khan academy needs to put a phone number on the website it’s making me furious how hard is it to find a phone number!

  3. Hi,
I am working on Algebra 1 with my daughter. I am a little confused as far as how many lessons of is she suppose to finish per day? We normally use Abeka which had a 180 lesson to cover a whole year.We normally follow the public school calendar which would be September-June and would like to keep it that way.
This is truly a awesome website. We love it so far.

  4. I kneed a direct line to Sal khan I would like his email asap I have some questions and no contact info witch makes me doubt your website I would like sals email and I question you

  5. Hello,
Seems there is no way to log into Khan Academy. I do not get the pokeman stuff on the website and customer service is confusing! please help!

  6. It seems suspicious that Khan Academy does not have a number for customer service. I much prefer Ivy Global for new PSAT and SAT work. Their books are excellent.

  7. I am having trouble signing my daughter up for Khan Academy. Her username needs to be a certain way this year and I can not change it. What I need to do is cancel my old account and start over because the sign in keeps looping me back to last year’s information. Also, when I sign out to allow Emily to sign in it just brings me back to the parent account.

  8. I’m sending a donation check to you through online banking. They require a phone number to complete the “account” set up but you don’t have one? That means you don’t want to be bothered by “us.” Not cool. Maybe I should reconsider.

So sick of companies who are “too good” to allocate funds for a staff member to work the phones (God forbid an (American) human being should be employed.) It’s little things like this that make people feel like the world is not as good a place as it used to be (overall…no, that’s not too dramatic.)
