An interesting fact relating to the Hyatt customer service line is the automated system. When we called, the system asked how they could help us, yet did not provide information or a set of options. This could be quite confusing for the first-time caller. Instead of stating something incorrect, we selected 0, attempting to bypass the system and connect directly with a live customer service agent. Our attempt worked and within 45 seconds, a live agent was addressing our questions and concerns. The level of expertise from the customer care agent was by far one of the best we have encountered.
