The Finish Line customer service team is available to answer questions about current styles, sizing and orders from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday EST. There is no customer service mailing address for Finish Line, but you can address your letter to the corporate office if you have a compliment or complaint for the company. Returns can be address to the online customer service return center. Our Experience

Getting through the Finish Line customer service line faster is the ultimate goal, so press 8 when the automated list of options starts to immediately transfer your call to a customer service agent. David answered our call in less than one minute. He walked through the available shoes in size 14 men’s basketball styles and offered to send our order to a local store. When we asked if multiple styles could be sent to the store so we could try them on before purchasing he said that was not an option.
