There is no customer service mailing address for Finish Line, but you can address your letter to the corporate office if you have a compliment or complaint for the company. Our Experience
Getting through the Finish Line customer service line faster is the ultimate goal, so press 8 when the automated list of options starts to immediately transfer your call to a customer service agent. David answered our call in less than one minute. He walked through the available shoes in size 14 men’s basketball styles and offered to send our order to a local store. When we asked if multiple styles could be sent to the store so we could try them on before purchasing he said that was not an option.
The line has been busy for 2 days. I know you have a new shoe coming but yall don’t do “Lessons Learned” in your department? Plus your drivers needs to wear body cameras because most of them are dishonest. I always have a bad experience with UPS. They claimed to have nocked on the door but didnt, leave notes in your door like they knocked, etc… Now I have a pair of $200 sneakers that can’t be located.
