We were unable to locate a mailing address for the company headquarters or customer service. When we asked the customer service department for the address via Live Chat, they were hesitant to give out the address without a specific reason. When we told them we were just looking for the address because it was not listed on the website. We decided to tell the customer service representative that we wanted to send a letter to the company praising a treadmill we had purchased. That helped the representative release the address.

Our Experience

When we called we immediately pressed 2 because that is the number we were told to press on the Contact Us page. The call was immediately transferred to the customer service line. A recorded message told us we were next in line for a representative. We waited with music for more than five minutes for an agent to answer the call. When the agent finally answered we asked about shipping and assembly options. She stated general shipping to the curb was free, but delivering the unit inside the home and assembling the unit could cost up to $299 more.
