Customers visiting the official Vtech website http://www.VTech.com/ have the ability to choose from different departments, including, telephone products, electronic leaning toys, hospitality products and baby monitors. Considering Vtech is a global company, you will need to select a country or region prior to continuing on the website. An invaluable section of thee website is the Product Support page.
We would like to say the social media pages are filled with conversations between the customer service department and customers, but the pages look more like information pages. There were a few questions answered, but the average response time was more than 10 business days.

Contacting Vtech was quite a challenge. The automated system was confusing and did not offer a direct line to the customer service department. We finally reached the customer service department and asked several questions relating to service levels and response times. By the end of the call, all of our concerns were addressed. The level of customer service was exceptional. Can you say the same about you call to the customer service department? Share your thoughts with us below.
The vtech cordless phonesI purchased cs6429-5 so far are not what i expected they only allow 15 contacts and the phone reception is very tinny also the base the day is wrong and you can’t change the day to the correct it. Its not what I expected
I would like to thank whoever is responsible for taking care of my phone problems. Last your I purchased your CareLine corded desk phone with pendant and two extra accessory handsets. A view months ago I could not recharge my phone on one base; it would not charge my phone. I finally got around your customer service by phone. The gentleman was very nice and explained that I could not purchase (replace) my old base and that I had to purchase a whole new Accessory handset.
I told him I had been able to charge both my handsets on my once base that worked etc. He was very kind and explained that since I only had my new phones for about a year that “you” could replace the phone at a one time replacement service. He explained that I had to mail and return my old set etc.
I basically want to thank whoever was involved in replacing my phone and appreciate the kind courtesy you showed me and that I am thankful. Thanks again. Ms. Betty Sund
