Our Experience

When we called the University of Phoenix customer service line we pressed 0 as soon as the automated phone answering system picked up the call. Our call was transferred to a customer service agent who answered immediately. We asked for the agent to send us materials on health programs offered by the University of Phoenix along with information on cost, including tuition, fees and supplies. The agent pressed us for a phone number, which is how the college keeps in contact with potential students.
