When you reach the residential or business page, you will notice information relating to the product line, as well as information for existing owners. Customers have the ability to connect with the customer service through the customer feedback form. You will need to input you name, contact information and your message. The company recommends not putting personal information or account information in your message. We sent a message asking about the hours of operation and if Trane offered 24-hour service. After sending our message, we received a response stating the customer support team would respond within 48 hours.

We called the hotline and reached the automated response system. In order to reach a live agent, you will need to select zero (0). We waited approximately two (2) minutes prior to connecting with a live agent. When the agent answered the call, we asked about repair service. In particular, we wanted to know how the warranty could be voided. The agent explained the ways and ended the call.
