After sending our message, we received a response stating the customer support team would respond within 48 hours.

We called the hotline and reached the automated response system. In order to reach a live agent, you will need to select zero (0). We waited approximately two (2) minutes prior to connecting with a live agent. When the agent answered the call, we asked about repair service. In particular, we wanted to know how the warranty could be voided. The agent explained the ways and ended the call. The overall experience was great, considering the answers we received from the customer service team. When you contacted the customer service department, what was the outcome? I have been calling and go to 3 local and nobody helping me to resolve my problem. They arecharging me $ 46.45 new plan without asking me. Should have future dated plan to avoid. I need somebody help me with this matter.

we had to have compressor replaced for the 4th time air service Colbert ga was told by supplier that trane would take care of the expense . This did not happen The supplier of your product will not return phone calls from Dwayne Roberts WE are very upset that your supplier is handling your product in this manner . I purchased a trane gas pack in 2015 in 2016 the heater would not start and now in 2017 the heater will not start again. The company that installed it charges me almost $80.00 to come and start it. This is unacceptable for a new unit.

i,m having all kinds of problems with this furnace since day one ,it is a nightmare installed 6/4/2014 model no xc95m
UNABLE to get recalled furnace issue even acknowledged by TRANE. We have the affected unit- Have called 6-7 times-the poor front line people keep taking notes etc and sending to “escalation team” and I do not get any response them despite promises for an email or call back. This is recalled junction box that on the website states to just call Trane and they will take care of it. I am extremely frustrated and will never recommend a Trane product because of lack of customer support/service.
I emailed customer service April 4,2018 regarding my warranty and I have not
had any reply. I wanted to send them paper work regarding my complaint
and warranty no response.I will mail my complainant and paper work to the main office maybe someone there can answer my questions.

Nov.26 we called Raymond Caylor of Raymond Caylor Heating and Air in Tazewell Tn, about 8;00 about a new heat pump he was at our house around 12;30.Very helpful and courteous,easily answered our questions. We called him an hour later,told him we wanted the XL15.The next day he called said they would be there at 7;30.the following day.At 7;30 they were here and went to work, at 2;30 our heat pump was installed the crew was very efficient and professional when they left they took all of their waste products with them and left me with a professionaly installed heat pump,.Raymond is to be commended for his workmanship and service.
