When we called the customer service hotline, the first thing we encountered was a lengthy and confusing automated response system. The system requires you to make several selections prior to reaching the customer service department. We made the necessary selections and waited on hold for more than five (5) minutes. After the wait, the customer service team answered the call. We asked several questions relating to the return policy. The agent answered our concerns and ended the call. Although the agent answered our questions, the overall experience was not ideal. When you connected with the customer service department, were you satisfied with the outcome?
