We were able to reach the customer service department y email and through social media. When you contacted the customer service department, what was the outcome? On 22-01-15 I Phoned in myself to ask how far they came with the fault finding and they said a technician was appointed to the problem and it will be solved latest 23-01-15. I told the operator this is a series matter and my mother 86 with a medical condition. Today 24-01-15 no one attended. I tried to phone but gave up after 56 min holding on the phone for operator. I sms the fault just to get feed back fault was reported. My hands feel chopped off. who do I complain to?? George Nel
I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THE TELKOM SERVICE.
IN AUGUST 2014 I SOLD MY HOUSE IN CT AND MOVED TO GREYTON IN THE OVERBERG IN NOVEMBER 2014.I WAS TOLD NOT TO CANCEL MY LINE OR ADSL AS IT WOULD BE CONSIDERED A TRANSFER DESPITE THAT FACT THAT I WOULD ONLY BE RECONNECTED 1/11/2014.
I HAVE BEEN BILLED SEPT/OCT/EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NEITHER HAD A TELEPHONE OR ADSL LINE.
TELKOM INSTALLED MY LAND LINE AND ADSL ON THE 1/11/2015 I MOVED IN ON THE 15 NOVEMBER 2014 AND THE ADSL LINE WAS NOT WORKING.
DESPITE SEVERAL CALLS TO THE CALL CENTER ON THOSE RARE OCCASSIONS WHEN ONE CAN ACCESS AN OPERATOR THIS MATTER HAS NEVER BEEN SORTED OUT.
IN JANUARY 2015 I DROVE TO HERMANUS WITH THE BROKEN EQUIPMENT AND TOLD THEM TO CANCEL THE ADSL FOR THE 10TH TIME.
THEY ASSURED ME THEY DID.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE FEB STATEMENT NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM STILL BEING CHARGED FOR AN ADSL LINE WHICH I HAVE NOT HAD SINCE THE 13 AUGUST 2014!!!!
FURTHERMORE I HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH A CALL OUT FEE WHICH WAS NEVER REQUESTED OR EVER HAPPENED AND IS UNDATED AND UNREFERENCED.
I HAVE HAD ENOUGH YOU CAN CANCEL THE ENTIRE SERVICE.
My landline has been dead from Friday 13 March 2015, please could you check the line.
