Our Experience
Sephora customer service was pleasant and ready to help in any way they could. The phone number is answered by an automated system, but you can press 0 to skip all the mumble jumble and reach an agent immediately. Christine answered our call in less than 20 second even with the introductory message. We asked about the 3 free trial bottles of fragrance offered on the site. Though you can add the samples to your basket before placing an order, you do have to order merchandise to receive the samples.
I really love sephora, I won’t get make up anywhere except sephora. All my money is spent at your store. I feel bad complaining. I got a foundation at the store. Asked for help they scanned my face for its color. I spent 50$ on it and it worked fine, but lately it’s making my face look orange and it was to expensive for this..this doesn’t usually happen when I buy products from sephora.

I have a complaint. I went into your Cherry Hill, NJ store yesterday with intentions on picking up my birthday gift of NARS lip glosses and purchasing some Urban Decay products and getting some information on them. I arrive with my 15 year old daughter who was walking behind me and find a young male employee. I ask him if he has the NARS products and he looks at me like He doesn’t know what it is and says, “NARS?” Like I’m making a name up! I pull out my phone and show him and he gets on a mic to ask someone else to help me. Like he didn’t want to be bothered. I turned my back on him because I was disgusted. Then the other worker comes up and the previous worker points at my daughter and tells him that my daughter needs help! As if I wasn’t even talking to him. I just walked out angry!
And this is not the first time this has happened and I am frankly tired of this! If you are not young and look a certain hip way Sephora employees will not help you at all. Every time I come here I do not ever feel like I’m valued as a customer and I storm out! I think it is unfair and totally disrespectful. Now if I started getting loud and nasty then I’m the bad guy.
Please handle this situation. I’m an HR employee with a company and I feel I treat everyone with dignity and respect. Let’s try to implement some of this in your Cherry Hill store as well!

I ordered a few items on the 26th of October and receive them today. However I am missing a major item – the perfume roller bottle that I ordered was not included for some reason. It is the one item I was really looking forward to getting.

HORRIBLE, in a word !!
Tried talking to someone in the good old USA,….IMPOSSIBLE
Not only was i listening to Pakistani music while on hold, was then told that there was no one in MY country to speak, to an I could only speak to someone overeseas. SHAME ON YOU!!!, Sephora for outsourcing customer service. Because of this I will NOT EVER order from you !!!

I placed an online order and my PROMO code did not apply. I called Sephora to get my 20% discount. The call took 26 minutes! The woman said she would give me in store credit which I did not want. Then she told me it was already in process so she was unable to credit my payment. I told her no it was not too late as I had just placed the online order. She put me on hold. Came back telling me to call back after I got the tracking #. I said no way it took too long to get through to her. I then said I wanted to cancel my order. She then said would I not cancel order if she could credit me back the $$. I said yes – on hold again.
I do not appreciate being treated this way. There are plenty of other palces to shop!
