After sending an email relating to the hours of the customer service department, we received an automated response stating we should receive a response within 24 hours. Additional methods of contacting the customer service include visiting the Facebook page or the Twitter page.

Our Experience

With such a diverse product line and services that mirror some of the best in the industry, the customer service department at Netgear is at the top of the list. We contacted the customer service department and did not have to endure an excessive wait time just to speak with a customer service representative. After approximately 60 seconds, we selected 0 and were transferred to a live agent. We asked the hours of the customer service division, considering the hours were not readily available on the website. The agent explained the customer care line is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5 pm. The technical support division is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  1. My BRA number is 213849. I have received a ‘replacement’ device for the one that i sent to Sierra. Result from Netgear was that the device was faulty. Well guess what the replacement device is no bloody better. If original device was faulty why was i not sent a new one. The replacement device also displays a steady blue and a steady amber with the internet connection intermittent. When i first bought my original device it worked fine with two steady blue lights. When a device still under warranty is faulty it should replaced with a new one not an old well used replacement one. So here i am 2 months later after reporting my original device stuck with a replacement device that is not better…..guess you people just do not care.

  2. I have called Tech Service 4 times tonight. first 2 times the tech were not helpful and actually disconnected me after I asked to speak with Supervisor. I would appeciate someone contacting me to resolve my issues. The 3rd time after holding for 1/2 hour i was disconnected. My wireless router adapter doesn’t work properly and I want it resolved.

  3. I just wanted to mention Netgear Tech support was fine. I did what they asked and got case # first. Had no issues with support staff or service. What bothers me is this is the second replacement (3rd unit) and the warranty dose not reset. Meaning “when” the 3rd one fails within the first year of original purchase, I will then be out of luck for a replacement. I spent almost $400 because I believed this would be better and more reliable. The one I replaced was 7 yrs old with no issues. Not good

  4. these netgear arlo camera systems are junk. constantly charging batteries and now my base station isn`tworking.
