Contacting Miele Customer Service Center

Miele is a premier appliance company that manufactures and sells refrigerators, freezers, espresso machines and vacuum cleaners among other products. You can find out details about all the Miele products from the official website, but you can’t purchase the appliances online. You can find a local dealer by entering your zip code. Miele is a top-of-the-line name, so not all small areas will have access to a local Miele dealer.

There is a separate website for Miele orders online. You can order Miele products from the official online store at http://www.mielestore.com/stores/miele/default.aspx. You’ll need to enter your zip code before ordering.

to leave a comment about your customer service experience.

Phone Contact Numbers

Miele is not afraid to share customer service information with current and potential customers. You can choose to contact the Miele company or the corporate headquarters.

Mailing Address

If you’d rather contact the customer service department by mail instead of by phone, you can contact them at:

Official Website

For more information on the appliances sold by Miele, visit the official website at http://www.mieleusa.com. You cannot purchase products from Miele.com, but there is a store that sells items and product warranties. There is a chance the larger appliances are not available for shipping in all areas. When we visited the online Miele store, we noticed vacuums, coffee systems, cooking accessories and service contracts.

Customer Service Email

Have a problem or compliment but you don’t want to wade through the maze of the automated responses on the phone? You can contact the customer service department using the email contact form http://www.mieleusa.com/emailtomiele/emailus.asp?nav=&snav=&tnav=&oT=66&menu_id=31. You need to choose the department you wish to contact before you can enter your message. We chose to send an email to the consumer feedback department. We’ll let you know how long it takes to receive a response.

Our Experience

Miele is one of those companies that claim to have excellent customer service, so we were expecting amazing things when we called the customer service line. The call was quickly answered by an automated system. We pressed 0 and the call was transferred to an agent who answered without a wait. The agent was friendly, but spoke with a strong accent. She told us that customer service was available online and by phone, but that no email address was available.

Tell us your Miele customer service story.

  1. Good day Sir,
This is with regards to Tumbler T-284, type T-H20-1 dryers(02 no’s) fitted onboard ship.
One dryer stops after some time and indicates finish of cycle.
Top cover opened and found carbon bushes & holders are damaged/perished.

Would like to order the same parts alongwith V-belts.
Please forward me the details of part numbers.
A circuit diagram with parts list will be highly preffered as reference onboard.

    Thanks & regards.

  2. I recently purchased a new Miele washer. I later found out that there was no longer an American West Coast Miele center. The procedure to order the Miele was arduous and UNuser friendly. The procedure to arrange an appointment for installation was worse. I had to purchase extra accessories for which I was highly overcharged. I do not like my new washer which is highly computerized with no options for programming flexibility. I am building a home in Italy and had placed an order for a new stack Miele Washer/Dryer.
The frustrating part is that I was worned by friends how Miele’s quality of service and quality of product had diminished, but I did not listen being a very loyal Miele customer. However, due to my recent experience, I am now cancelling my Miele washer’dryer order in Italy. I have always bought Miele products (washers, dryers, vaccuums) but will now switch to LG or another high end competititive brand.

    Your highly disillusioned customer,

    Esther Baird. Beverly Hills.

  3. Over the past 3 weeks I went from a huge Miele lover to a Miele hater. We have waited 3 weeks to have our dryer in our home fixed. You guys have zero sense of urgency or interest in inconveniencing Miele. We have made 28-35 trips to a laundromat over this time period. It has basically taken over our lives and everyone is miserable because of the unbelievable waste of our time. Part should have been shipped and you should have paid for it.. Thats the cost of doing business. You don’t want to rush the part and bear the cost…than make a better product. I am blown away at how Miele has treated us. and I didnt even tell you the entire story. Want to know how you lose loyal customers? right here…this is how!

  4. Absolutely no customer service. Be aware, any one thinking of purchasing. I have never received an answer from Beverly Hills or New Jersey or anyone on any of my concerns.

  5. Hello
    I bought a Miele oven – H4210IX 7.5 years ago.
During a regular use at my home, the middle glass has exploded, and the inner and outer glass stayed intact. Although ore than seven years past i am surprised that the oven is so unsafe and unreliable.
I would like your comment about it. How can you help?
    Sincerely
    Michael Davidovitch MD

  6. Excellent customer/tech support no matter when I called. Today, March 11, 2015 I had to call regarding my Miele Dog/Cat upright series S7260
I called the 800 tech support number at about 4:45 p.m. EST and spoke to an Xavier. Our vacuum was not picking up debris from our carpet (low pile wall-to-wall carpet). I had already changed the bag, the filer and air cleaner are clean, so I was at a loss. Xavier instruction me to turn the vacuum on its side so I could view the roller and check for obstruction. Using a toothbrush (as instructed by Xavier), I checked for buildup under the roller and into the area behind the brush where debris goes into the vacuum bag was a whole bunch of lint type debris. It was so GROSS what I found!
    Excellent tech support person!

  7. After speaking with a tech regarding our refrigerator and following the troubleshooting instructions, our refrigerator still wasn’t working. We contacted “customer service” a second time and emailed all pertinent paperwork to them to schedule a service call. After numerous phone calls, we are still waiting to hear who handles their service calls in our area. Totally frustrating. These are the BMW/Mercedes Benz of appliances and we are still waiting for customer service. Possibly they should charge less for their products since they have such poor customer service – bring it down to a Volkswagen or Hyundai – oh wait, they have better customer service!

  8. Absolutely terrible customer service. We purchased a $2,000 dishwasher in February and it is now no longer working, for no apparent reason. Miele is making us wait 8 days before sending out a technician. How can you sell a customer a dishwasher for over $2,000 and not provide decent customer service when this dishwasher breaks down in less than three months? How is it that they cannot provide a technician in less than 8 days!!!!??? If they are going to sell high-end dishwashers and brag about how wonderful both their product and their service is, they might want to rethink what quality service really means. Having a customer do without their expensive, NEW, “quality” product for over a week is the worst example of customer service I have had to experience in years. Had I bought an 900$ Maytag at Sears, they would have sent a technician in less than a day. Furthermore, when I tried to post a comment to their website, the form does not work properly and will not send my comments.
First and last time I ever buy anything from this company. EVER.
