The customer service department was a pleasure to contact. We listened to the typical automated system, but what we encountered was a system providing very few options. This reduced confusion and allowed us to connect with the customer service department faster. After waiting less than 2 minutes, we spoke with a live customer service agent.
We asked the agent where we could find the nearest authorized technician. The agent provided the information for our nearest location as well as locations across the U.S., in the case we moved and wanted to continue with the same service provider. I bought Liftmaster motor model 8550 quite recently and I also bought internet Liftmaster Gateway to allow to open or to close my remote garage door via internet. But before creating me an account on the site of Liftmaster, I would want to know if there are expenses of subscription for the use of the system Liftmaster myQ? If yes, which are the monthly or annual costs for example. I was told that there was no cool(expenses) of subscription first year only while others tell me that there are not expenses anymore of subscription. Then, what is true? If there are expenses of subscription, I am going to turn(return) my Liftmaster Internet Gateway. Thank you to answer me diligently.
bought 1355 m opner also keyless entery opner very noisey keyless entery have to push # very hard to use wife & daughter can’t use it have a RAYNER on my other door 7 yrs no trouble my friend talked me into buying lift master goin to put my old key entery back never again
this company sells intercoms and garage door openers….all i can say is BRAVO …you guys make the best intercom ever.I use it to monitor my 86yr old pappy.and it has never failed till the batteries needed replacing(almost 2 yrs old)and when i replaced them i called your service dept to walk me thru the re-setup..and before i got an agent tech ,it turned on and started working on its own.If my x wives worked as well as this little device…i would still be married.THANKS SOOOO MUCH ,Ralph

Lamp socket safety issue. Small plastic tab retaining socket to metal cabinet breaks of f creating electrical short. Maybe I should get a discount on the new replacement!
