Our Experience

We gave K-Swiss customer service a call to see just how fast we could read a customer service representative. You have to press 2 to reach customer service then 0 to talk with a customer service representative. Our call was placed on hold because all agents were busy. The call was answered a few seconds later. We asked the agent to help us find the perfect shoe for extreme home fitness. The agent suggested a training shoe, but all of the training shoes were for running – not training.
