Our Experience

In order to expedite your call to the customer service department, customer will need to enter their account information. In the event you do not have your account information readily available, you will need to hold for a minimum of 4 minutes. After waiting, we were able to speak with a representative. We asked if customers wanting to cancel service from John Hancock should visit a local representative or could they perform services over the phone.
