Our Experience
There are several options available after you call the customer service hotline at John Hancock. If you have an account, you will need to press one (1). If not, you have to press two (2). We selected two (2) and had to wait in excess of 10 minutes prior to speaking with a live agent. After reaching a live agent, we were placed on hold. To say the least, the customer service team was not willing to assist customers without an account. Thoughts? We want to hear from customers just like you. Comment below.
