When we contacted the customers service division at Apple regarding the iPhone, we were less than satisfied. As one of the leading companies and the most valuable company in the industry, we expected a direct line to the customer service department. Unfortunately, we were given the runaround. After enduring an excessively long wait, approximately 5 minutes, we finally spoke with a customer service representative. We didn’t want to be placed on hold, so we decided to ask considerably easy questions. We asked if there were details regarding new iPhone products. The representative was hesitant to disclose information concerning the iPhone 5, so they referred us to a supervisor who was less helpful.
