Our Experience

When calling the customer service hotline, you will notice that you will experience a long wait. The automated response stated the expected wait time was approximately 30 minutes. We waited for more than 10 minutes waiting on a live agent. After the agent answered the call, we asked several questions relating to the known allergens in the products. The agent answered out concerns and ended the call. Overall, the level of service was mixed. Although the agent addressed our concerns, the wait time was not ideal.
