We sent a message to the customer service department asking for additional information relating to the return policy. After sending our message, the customer service team replied with an automated message. The message stated a customer care agent would reply to our concerns within two (2) business days. We are still waiting on a response.
Customers calling the hotline have the opportunity to reach a live agent by choosing one of the three (3) options. If you need assistance with your existing order, press one (1). If you need to place an order, press two (2). If you need to reach a live agent, press three (3). After making our selection, we waited on hold for less than 30 seconds. When the agent answered the call, we asked for additional information relating to shipping costs. The agent answered our question and ended the call.
