The Colorado Credit union allows customers to send messages to the customer service department over a secure server. The company recommends not sending account information in your message, although the message is secure. We sent a message to the customer service department asking about payment assistance programs for customers facing financial hardships. We received a response to our concern after 48 hours.

Our Experience

We reached out to the customer service department and had the pleasure of speaking with a live agent in less than 60 seconds. We did listen to the automated response system, but were able to bypass the system by pressing zero (0). After a short wait, we asked the representative about the benefits of membership, compared to other credit union in the local area. The agent went down a list and explained the pros and cons of Colorado Credit Union. Typically, when we ask a customer service agent to compare their company with another, they rarely provide cons.
