Our Experience

We made a call to the customer service hotline and were shocked when someone promptly answered. A live person (you heard that right) answered our questions regarding the return policy. We then asked about the supplement’s ingredients and she quickly responded that it was made with a formula containing Meratrim, ChromeMate and Green Tea Extract.

She politely went on to offer additional information, at which point we knew that their customer service was on point. As a whole, our experience with their customer service department was outstanding. They were quick to answer, informative, and we didn’t have to deal with robots or hour-long wait times.

  1. I had brought a Z90082 cell phone April 19, 2018 at Metro PCS Corp store #2
    032. It was over $130.00. The phone has been working poorly for over a month.
    I stopped at 7085 Allentown Road in Camp Springs, MD. at :342 PM to fix the phone. A young man in a dirty white shirt and greenish pants, blurts out to me if I have a ZTE phone I need to buy a new phone. He proceed to say its not the company’s fault that the US and China are at odds with each other. He was so rude in tone. I said, I just brought this phone less than six months ago. He being still rude said it will not be replace nor exchange. He don’t care if I speak to a Senator do I know President Trump and speaking unprofessional, irate, unbelievable. A sweet young lady walk over to assist and gave me a number for corporate, he’s still irate to get his point across that I will not get positive results.
    Its not my fault either the countries are at odds. I paid over a hundred less than six months ago and I desire good service not excuses, not insults from that irate so call Manager.
