When you call the customer service hotline, press one (1) if you need to place an order. Press two (20 if you need to check the status of your order. After making you selection, you have the ability to select a particular department or press one (1) if you have general questions. We waited approximately two (2) minutes before the agent answered the call. By the end of the call, the customer service agent answered all of our concerns.
