We filled out the contact form to find out if there was a Bloomingdales located near our zip code. When we receive a response we’ll let you know how long it took.
When we called customer service we tried to press 0 to skip the automated system, but we just caused the system to restart. When we skipped entering any number at all our call was immediately transferred to an agent. The call was answered quickly, but the agent spoke broken English and was extremely difficult to answer. The automated system was also a problem because the recording spoke very fast making it hard to hear everything before being given a chance to press one of the options.
We asked the agent if there was a Bloomingdales store near us and we were told there were no Bloomingdales in our entire state. It seems that Bloomingdales only operates in high traffic areas in select states and cities.
