You can book a flight, learn the status of your flight or find information about some of the fantastic destinations available from Aeromexico on the official website at http://www.aeromexico.com/us/welcome.html. You will notice immediately that the website is all about selling the visitor on travel with lots of beautiful pictures and sale prices scrolling at eye level, but the website offers more than just a sales pitch to get on a plane. Customer service, flight tracking and web check-in are all available from the website.

Aeromexico customer service does not offer a contact form on the official website like most airlines and businesses. Instead, customers are asked to send emails to a direct email address at Aeromexico. Remember to leave out personal and financial information that should be kept secure, including bank account numbers, credit card numbers and log in information of any kind.

Our Experience

When you call Aeromexico customer service you will need to press 1 for English then press 4 for general information. If you press 0 you will listen to the list of options all over again. After pressing 4 we were placed on hold for an agent. Messages were played on hold in both English and Spanish. When the agent finally answered the call well after the two minute mark, he spoke Spanish – not English. We asked for information on traveling with food allergies and the agent immediately started speaking English, though with a strong accent. He was able to answer our question after a bit of clarification.

  1. To whom it may concern,
    on march 22 2013 I purchased a round trip ticket from los angeles california to Honduras central America. I tried To get some kind of confirmation of the Booked Flight. wich i did not recieve. i waited the following day and nothing. I called my bank and they told me it was not charged. therefor i was in need to travel and went ahead and booked another flight. for wich the following day my bank reported to fights charged on my account. I have tried to get it cancelled and i was told i could not, but i could use this flight throughtout the yeat at any time. now that i tried to use it i’m being charged $200 in Penalties PLUS the Cost of the Ticket… It is rediculous thing to be told something and now it is being changed. i’m trying to use the ticket since I am traveling again. is there anyone that can help me with this situation… I would be Greatfull to have this situation resolved. Thank you and I will wait for a response as soon as Possible since I have a family emergency and have to travel.

    My daughter few from Mexico to San Antonio yesterday as an unaccompanied minor. While she was in Mexico City, an employee of Aero Mexico told her she didn’t have all her paperwork and told her she needed to pay to get on the plane and come home. They took a $50 bill from her. I am highly upset. I put my daughter in your hands and your employee took advantage of a 13 year old girl. Your company should be a shamed of themselves! I called customer service and they told me to send a email. There is nothing they can do. How about you refund her money!!!! Never again will we use this airline.

    A las 10:30 de la manana y ala entrada del avion estaban dos enpleadas de aereomexico
    Pidiendolas formas migratorias y midiendo y pesando la maleta de mano
    Las enpleadas se portaron muy mal conmigo una de ellas de nombre jennefer fue muy gro era conmigo al igual que la otra afuersa querian que pagara 50.00 dolares por mi maleta de mano porque no media la medida segun I ellas ,me sacaron de la linea y no me dejaban volar
    Fueron las personas mas groceras y despotas que jamas aiga visto , ojala y agan algo para que no sigan abusando I a la guente ,por mi parte jamas buelvo a viajar por aereomexico ni lo te omendarian poo

  4. My husband was diagnosed with Cancer and was unable to fly, I called Aeromexico and I DID NOT GET ANY HELP. I SEND 2 EMAILS TO CUSTOMER RELATIONS AND GOT NO RESPONCE BACK. I HOPE THIS THIS AEROMEXICO IS AN AIRLINE WITH COMPASSION. Please someone help me during this very difficult time

  5. I had booked flights to Mexico for my husband and myself, using Expedia, flying AeroMexico. Alaska Air was AeroMexico’s partner airline for the first leg of our trip. When we checked in at the Alaska Air counter they told me our tickets were void and that I needed to call AeroMexico customer service. After that I basically got the run around between AeroMexico and Expedia and I spend the next 2 1/2 hours on the phone, back and forth with both companies, trying to get someone to “un void” our tickets so that we could fly. In the end we missed our flight and I am trying to get my $1600 back.

  6. En Julio 12 del 2015. Llegue al mostrador de Aeromexico y me dijeron k ya habian cerrado la documentacion y me vendieron otros boletos para poder regresar a Los angeles con mi hija discapacitada. Los tuve k comprar otra vez y me cargaron 1.200 a mi tarjeta de credito y ya antes habia pagado 1.460 por ambos tickets.Pregunto si hay alguien k nos pudiera ayudar a parar estos abusos k cometen los empleados de Aeromexico?

    • El pasado 1ro. De Octubre volaba de Tijuana a la Ciudad de México por la situación que la salida de fraterna que estaba cerrada llegamos una hora antes al registrarnos para el vuelo y no nos dejaron volar ofreciendo vuelos después con tarifas muy superiores alas demás y que no podían competir con las demás aerolíneas , además que su atención al cliente es muy deficiente y hasta despota en mi regreso con Ustedes, me di cuenta de él porque no pueden dar una solución favorable al momento porque al volar de la Cd. De México. A Tijuana, estaban ofreciendo 5 voluntarios que quisieran volar más tarde por qué abia sobre cupo, me da a pensar el porque no pueden dar una solución ami problema mi # de ticket es 1397678664562 ,63,64,65, 66.
      Se me hace injusto perder el monto de los boletos.

On Sep.09,2015 I was travelling on Aeromexico from ORD to EZE with stopover in Mexico City.After immigration,I noticed my luggage is missing.I went to luggage helpdesk nearby.Young gentleman took all needed information from me,made a couple of phone calls,and in 10 minutes I was told-my suitcase is in Chicago.Again he took all the information from me-which hotel I will be staying in Buenos Aires,made more calls,and told that airline will take care of it-I can continue to Buenos Aires,my suitcase will come to Mexico City on next flight,and then to Buenos Aires,and finally to my hotel next day.And that miracle happened!While going for breakfast at 7 am,suitcase was waiting at the reception!Iwould like to thank Aeromexico very,very much,and specially a young gentleman at luggage help desk,thanks to whom it was possible.His name was Alex Solis.Obviously the problem was created by baggage handlers in Chicago,not the airline.About flight experience:both flights on time,fast and helpful immigration service,I was very impressed with the terminal at Benito Juarez airport,that is faaar better , than Chicago’s,with plenty of restaurants,shops-one can have a good time,even waiting long for connecting flight.Flight attendants were nice,service good,flight on ‘Dreamliner’ to EZE very good.Maybe only food could be a little better/and larger portions/,and on ORD-Mexico City a larger aircraft should fly in the future,not that small Airbus.Good experience-that was my first flight on Aeromexico,and definitely I will use the airline in the future.Thank You,Aeromexico.Krishan Hussard,Glen Ellyn,Illinois,USA

  8. My husband, a friend and I booked a flight through Bookit.com, using Aero Mexico. We arrived at DFW on time and were told that our flight had a 1 hour delay. This was on 9/23/15 AM #2689. Our flight was not an hour late and we made time and someone from Aero Mexico would get us to our gate for our flight 142 @ 4:40 pm. Since we arrived earlier, no one met us, and we made our way to the gate to catch our connecting flight to Puerto Vallarta. WE saw our checked luggage, but the man would not let us on our flight, even though we had our boarding passes and seat numbers. We had to wait for a much later flight, I take medications for seizures and our friend takes medication for diabetes. My knee swelled and was bruised, which I took pictures to prove. Our friend needed food, however Airport foods do not comply with a diabetics needs. We arrived so late at Puerto Vallarta, it was already 9/24/15. We had no food to eat, we missed a day of activities. We got the country code for Mexico from some other passengers because none of the workers of Aero Mexico knew the country code so that I could call the resort. The employees were completely oblivious to our needs and medical issues. This was the most dangerous and exhausting conditions we have ever had to contend with, just because Aero Mexico cancelled a flight and then over booked our flight.

  9. Aeromeixo DOES NOT care about their customers. They should be really be concerned but are not. I have mentioned to everyone I know NEVER fly with Aeromexico. The worst airline I have ever flown with. Their agents are rude, arrogant, and disrespect their customers. They over book flights and give the seats to stand by customers. What a horrible experience!!!

  10. I thought I had paid tickets and a seat on a flight .When I got to the airport I was told the ticket was not paid I had to buy a different one .The one I thought I had was 218.00 round the I had to buy was 400.00 one way I like to know what happened not happy at all about it

  11. I was given wrong information about my fight by a Areomexico representative over the phone. I had no idea that my family and myself had missed our fight until I arrived to the airport. I was being assisted at the airport I was given a 1-800 number. Being on that call I was being treat very rude and felt very disrespected against. Even your own representatives at the airport could hear how loud and rude Francisco was being towards me. The man that goes by the name of Francisco, was of no help and overall a very nasty customer service representative. He called me by a mans name knowing I was a women. At that point I felt disrespected and assaulted. I asked if I could be transfers to a different person or even his boss and he refuse to do such a thing. That is the moment when the lady at the service desk told me to hangup the phone and she would assist me. Then when I asked to for the representatives to check on my daughters ticket they couldn’t find any information and when they finally found it I was told that my daughter was travel to Mexico, City. I as a parent felt very confused and scared with the information given to me due to the information being Wrong. I put my trust on Areamexico with my daughter life and was given wrong information is very scary not only for myself as a parent but also for my five year old daughter that is traveling alone. I am very upset and disappointed with Areomexico. I can’t believe I was treat in such manner. It truly sadness me to know that your customer service has no sense of proper training. I want to dispute my missed fight due to wronginformation given to me that wasn’t correct along with the was I was treated by your representative.

Compre un pasaje, y me costo 537 dolares, por causas mayores, no pude viajar, y deje abierto mi pasaje, y ahora me qieren cobrar 370 dolares solo ida, cuando en spirit airlanes esta 312 dolares, comprar uno nuevo, que abuso, de parte de estos.,… yo sinceramente no vuelvo a viajar en AEROMEXICO…
