The Eastbay customer service center was one of the quickest and easiest calls we’ve made. When the call is answered, press 0 to skip the automated list of options. The agent answered our call in just 15 seconds. We gave the agent a product number and asked if the shoe was available in a men’s size 14. Online the product showed out of stock and the agent verified there was no size 14 left for order. She mentioned several other styles comparable to the style we requested sizing information for, but she did not push for the order.
