Our Experience
When we contacted the customer service team, we encountered a confusing automated system. Customers wanting to speak directly with a live agent will need to select several options. After selecting the appropriate options, we connected with a live agent. This process took more than five (5) minutes. The line of questioning centered on creating an account. The agent walked us through the process. By the end of the call, we were satisfied. Aside from the wait time, the call was exceptional.
