The company decided to make changes in 2010 in order to improve customer service. The result was same-day shipping on all orders. Customers visiting the website can create an account or sign into their existing account. You can purchase items from the following categories: lingerie, adult-themed costumes, undergarments, swimwear and accessories. After selecting the item, you can choose the color, size and style. If you need additional information relating to the products, you can visit the Customer Support page. Throughout the customer support page, there is information relating to your order status, shipping and returns.

Social Media

We wanted to see if the customer service department responded to questions via social media. We sent a message asking for information relating to the hours of operation. Within 60 minutes, we received a response from the customer service department.

Customer Service Email

Our email centered on the accuracy of the sizing charts on the website. The reason we asked this particular question centered on customer complaints online. There were several forums stating the sizing was not accurate, resulting in a high level of returns. After sending our message, we received an automated response stating the customer service department would reach out to us within 48 hours.

Calling the customer service department is the most efficient way to connect with a live customer service agent. We reached a live agent in less than two (2) minutes. When the customer service agent answered the call, we asked several questions relating to shipping products overseas and to post office boxes.
