Customer Service Email
The YoungExplorers.com customer service page is home to a huge contact form, which likely means the company would rather be contacted by email than by phone or standard mail. You can use the contact form or contact the customer service department directly by email.
Email Customer Service: email@example.com
YoungExplorers.com customer service is also the order line, according to the welcome message. You can press 1 place an order, 2 to check on your order, 3 to check on a backorder, 4 to make a change to your order, 5 for return statuses, 6 for information on how to return an item or 7 for customer service. After pressing 7 we were asked to speak why we needed further customer assistance. We chose to call back a second time to try and reach an agent without recording our voice. We pressed 2 the second time around to check the status of our order. From there we were asked for order numbers and phone numbers to access our account. It looks like the only way to contact customer service is to call to place an order or email the customer service team.
