Our Experience

When we called the customer service phone number the call was answered by an automated system. You can press 1 for sales, 2 for customer service or 3 for technical support. We chose to press 2 for customer service. The call was briefly placed on hold before being transferred to the customer service line. The call just rang and rang after the transfer, but no one answered the call. We called back a second time to see if the call would be answered, but the same thing happened the second time around.
