There may be a means of contacting customer service by email other than the direct email address if you have an online account or you have ordered from the company before. Our Experience

We expected an amazing customer service response from such a small company and that’s exactly what we got. The first option was to press 1 to speak with a customer service representative. We pressed 1 and the call was immediately transferred. We waited less than 50 seconds – for the entire call – to speak with a customer service agent. We asked the agent about sizing information on a few brands of skateboard pads and helmets. She was well-informed, but much of the information she gave us was almost identical to the information found on the website.
