When you first click on the Contact Us link on the Xerox website you won’t find any contact information. If you click your country name or region on the left sidebar the information appears. The Business Billing department is open for calls from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday to Friday ET.

Official Website

Online, the Xerox company can be found at http://www.xerox.com/. You’ll notice the wealth of information on the products and services provided by the company, but not much in terms of customer service. We found a little on the Worldwide Locations page listed above, but nothing more than corporate information and customer service phone number. Xerox products are sold online and in stores, but business services must be ordered directly from the company.

Social Media

We found Xerox on Facebook and Twitter, but there’s no mention of these pages on the website.

Customer Service Email

Finding a Xerox customer service email is probably one of the harder things to do. If you visit the Contact page http://www.xerox.com/about-xerox/contact-us/enus.html you can choose the department you’re trying to reach, like Technical Product Support. From there you’re given additional options and contact information. There are tons of contact departments within the company and all have contact emails.

Our Experience

The Xerox customer service line is not the best reviewed automated system we’ve encountered. We tried pressing 0 to skip the list of options, but the list just restarted. You can press 5 for general inquiries. We chose 5 and the call was moved to the customer service department. Our Xerox agent was loud and a bit persistent when we wouldn’t give her our company name. We told her we had a question about a personal printer and she told us to visit the website for the correct phone number.

  1. Do you have a Safety Data Sheet for your product 013R00663 Black Drum for Model C60? If so, can you please forward to my attention? Thank you, Connie Phillips, Environmental Dept.
