Our Experience
We called the customer service hotline and waited on hold for more than four (4) minutes. Instead of customer care agent answering the call, the call went straight to voice mail. We left a message requesting a call back. A customer care agent returned our call after three (3) business days. We asked if the company offered a faster method customers can use in order to connect to the customer service department. The agent apologized and stated calling was one of the faster ways to reach a live agent. The representative suggested using social media, but could not guarantee a quick response.
