I NEED A MAILING ADDRESS FOR CUSTOMER CONCERNS. I’M IN CHICAGO AND ALL YOUR ADDRESSES LISTED WHICH A MANY ARE IN OTHER STATES. WHY SO MANY ADDRESSES?
AFTER DECIDING TO CHANGE SERVICE MY PHONE NUMBER WAS TO BE PORTED ON 11-6-15 AND IT NEVER HAPPENED A THREE PHONE CALL WAS DONE WITH ALL PARTIES AND NUMBER STILL WAS NOT PORTED BY WOW AND AFTER HOURS OF PHONE CALLS I FIND OUT YOU WERE STILL IN POSSESSION OF NUMBER AND THAT MY BILL HAD BEEN SPLIT UP. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE. THIS WAS A 60 DAY GUARANTEE TRIAL. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED AND NUMBER RESTORED I ALSO SENT A LETTER TO VP AND WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE IN WRITING STATING. SERVICE TECH IS SUPPOSE TO BE COMING 11-19-15 BETWEEN 3 AND 4 PM CST TO TURN PHONE BACK ON I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A PHONE SINCE THE 6. 773-434-5897. MARCUS AND TIFFANY STEVENSON.
I would like to know if or win you will add the new insp channel. I love the waltons and every since hallmark channel took it off and replaced it with a stupid show I have been very disappointed please put the insp channel on wowway.co.
I had someone use my debit card to pay their wow bill twice and I contacted wow and tried to go as high as I could to get my money back I gave them dates, time and amounts and they continue to tell me they have no way to tell who paid their bill with my card, now how is that possible with all the info I gave and all you have to do is look at the account that was paid with my card and see who paid their bill with stolen card info. I bet if someone was killed and this info was used to pay a bill illegally they would know who did it. This company seems to support criminal activity and I will never use or support this company or its products
