After sending our message, the customer service team sent us an automated message. The message stated a live agent would reply to our concerns within 48 hours.

When you call the customer service department, you will encounter a lengthy automated response system. If you need assistance with an order, press one (1). If you need to place an order, press two (2). If you need technical support, press three (3). Customers needing assistance from the credit card department will need to press four (4). If you are checking on your application, press five (5). In order to bypass all of the options, press zero (0) and wait for the operator. After waiting less than two (2) minutes, the customer service team answered the call. We asked about the shipping policy, especially international orders. Package says it was delivered aprox 11:30 am on 9-19-2015. No one was home until 12:30. Package is no where to be found. It got stolen. Customer service was nice & very helpful. Thank you. This is the first time I ever had any problems.
Very disappointing with woman within. Everyone tells you something different. I don’t get to use the coupon I was told would work. Everyone has their own way of getting the co. Paid. I get told one amount from one person and something else from another person. Trying to have a good relationship with WW. But can’t. Because everyone says and does something different. I had an order with a good coupon and was told something that I shouldn’t have been and it caused me to lose the coupon. I am disabled and need those coupons. And then the customer service don’t know what they are doing. Very upsetting
