Our Experience

When we gave customer service center a call the call was answered by a voice-activated automated system. You can say customer service or press 0 to skip the automated system. Keep pressing 0 until the call is transferred to an agent. We pressed 0 three times before the call was transferred. It took more than five minutes for our call to be answered by a customer service representative, but we were warned at the start of the call that wait times were longer than normal due to high call volume.
