Our Experience

We chose to try out the General Banking customer service line. You enter your account number or say Other Options to reach a customer service representative. You can also choose to press 1 to skip the account entry. From there you are given a list of options. Press 0 then 0 on this menu to connect directly with customer service. We were placed on hold with music for less than 5 seconds before a representative answered the call.

  1. I have someone by the name of john peter from your bank telling me to contact you to claim $ millions of dollars is this true

  2. It is to my disappointment that I login with my old login by mistake once (only one time) and wells fargo suspended my account. This bank is really not likeable bank. No email is available to send. I do not call there is no proof by calling.

  4. As a shareholder of Wells Fargo I am very unhappy with seeing again bad press and the value of my investment dropping. When is his going to change? It appears the problem lays with the Board of Directors. Where are the bank’s internal controls (internal and external) for over seeing and reporting these problems to Board for corrective action? The Board is to oversee that controls are in place to monitor the bank’s operation daily as to being operatored in a safe and sound matter for customers (loan or depositor) and shareholders. Remember the most important person in the Bank is the shareholders. Without shareholders there wouldn’t be a bank. I would like to know the Boards action plan on this matter before before the next annual shareholders meeting.
