Our Experience
When we called the Webster Bank customer service line we were greeted with a brief welcome message followed by two options – reset password or hold on the line. We held on the line and the automated system asked for an account number. We pressed 0 instead of entering an account number, but that did not bypass the system. We pressed 0 one more time and the automated system then asked for our date of birth. If you keep pressing 0 the system will eventually connect your call with a Webster Bank customer service representative.
