Official Website
Customers visiting the official Vodacom website http://www.vodacom.co.za/ or the Vodacom Corporate website http://www.vodacom.com/com/main/home can purchase communication devices, search for services to meet their individual needs as well as seek assistance on the Customer Resource page. The majority of the information on the website is accessible without signing into your account. After you sign into your account, you have the ability to pay you bill, view account history, send messages and manage your contacts.
Social Media
Vodacom embraces social media. Considering the amount of customers on the network, calling the customer service department is not always to best option. We saw several conversations between the customer service team and customers. The average response time was less than five (5) minutes.

Customer Service Email
There were several email contacts customers use to connect with the customer service team. We selected the customer feedback form and sent an email asking if there were a email address of customer hotline for International customers. After sending the email, we received an automated message stating a customer service representative would respond to our concerns within four (4) business days.

Our Experience
Connecting with the customer service team was rather easy, even though we could not call the customer support hotline. The messages we sent were answered in a timely manner and all of our concerns were addressed. Our experience was great. What about your experience?
