Although the service is free, customers only have access for 30 days. After 30 days, the service is $300 per month for unlimited broadcasting.

We sent a message asking about the hours of operation, considering this information was not available on the website. We did not receive an automated message stating when a customer care agent would respond to our concerns.

If you want to connect with the customer service department, you will need a mobile device. We sent a message to the customer service department and did not receive an immediate response. After several attempts, we finally connected with a customer care agent. Send text messages to a customer service agent was frustrating and not user friendly.
