We contacted the online customer service department for Victorias Secret. Press 3 for credit card services, 1 for placing an order, 2 for existing orders, 4 for catalog orders. If you press 0 your call with be transferred to the customer service department. You are then asked for the Victorias Secret customer number. If you press * you can choose to enter your home phone number. If you press * again your call will be transferred to the next customer service agent. You will have to press 2 to finally connect the call to customer service. We were warned of a long wait due to the newest catalog drop. We were placed on hold with music during the wait. We were on hold for more than five minutes before our call was answered.
