The Valley Metro customer service center is open from 6 a.m. to 8 pm. Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. The call center is closed in holiday observation on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our Experience

The Valley Metro customer service line is available in English and Spanish. You are asked to speak your options, but you can press 0 to skip the automated system. Our call was transferred at 35 seconds and picked up by a Valley Metro customer service representative at 40 seconds. The agent helped us find the best route for our trip through Phoenix without issue. She was friendly and well-spoken.
