Our Experience
The TXU Energy customer service options can be bypassed by pressing 0, but you may have to press it a few times before you are transferred. Remember, the company wants to win you over so you’ll choose them over the competition. The agent who answered our call had a strong accent. He would not answer any questions until we gave him an account number or service address.
I want to so some appreciation to Cody Bearden (RAC – WYP1) he is one of your customer service help reps. for TXU Energy he was so help to me and my family today. And I think he deserves attention for the extra effort he put in with helping us out with my paying my bill, just when everyone was about to give up and hang up on me because we all could not find out what the problem was with bill pay, he took the extra time and found a way to help me pay my past due bill over the phone and he even helped with the renewing of my services just when I was about to switch company’s (due to frustration). I hope some one see’s this and give him more than a pat on the back because he really did his job well and deserves it !!!

Called in 2 days before plan expired to renew FREE nights and charged a $275 cancelation fee. No response from Executive Office email

Im single veteran mom with 2 kids 1 has disability and 1 in college now..
requesting a favor if I can lower or extend my payment due recently I lose my job
it happens that they change an hour and on 3 hrs a day and the time frame its not fit to y daughter schedule hour while she is in school instead they give me 5pm to 8pm Monday to Thursday…
im financially struggling right now..
