Time Magazine’s customer service line is an automated system. The first voice you hear will give you the address for the customer service website. You are then asked to press 1 to 4 depending on the reason you are calling. If you wait and press none of the numbers your call will be transferred to customer service immediately. The customer service agent we dealt with was extremely difficult to understand. A heavy accent made it hard to comprehend what the agent was saying. The only question we asked was for the mailing address for the editor, but our agent was unable to provide us with an address.
