Contacting the Timberland customer support team was not difficult. We waited though the automated system, but in less than 90 seconds, we were speaking with a live agent. We asked how to contact the customer service department after hours. The representative explained if messages are sent after hours, a representative would answer the concerns during the next business day.

Very un pleased I bought aair of Tim’s up in ny and came back to Philly put the boots on about a week later to find out the bottom was not attached correctly , I spoke to someone at the company any thought I was on my way to enjoy my boots but to find out the lady never logged the telephone conversation . Now I have a $ 130.00 pair of new garbage

  3. hello i recently bought these boots,,,,they are getting very wet inside,,,,i work outside all the time,,, i sell cars,,,i love these boots,, its very ggod on my feet , with the traction,,,,please help me ,,,im sending them back,,,,they said it can take up 3 weeks…

  4. they claimed the color would be red on the site and it was an off red almost orange and now they will not return them so it is best not to buy custom boots from them
    they do not come as described and for months been trying to fix the problem with them and back and they now say it is over time and they will not credit and send back the boots

  6. I really love your shoes and I am a little upset because you all don’t sale plus size women boots. I wear a size 11 wide because I have bigger calves. I want to have some boots custom made. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

  7. I agree with Joseph! I bought a pair of Timberland Earthkeepers a month ago and the undersole has already come off. I tried to contact customer support and they won’t respond. They were once upon a time, top quality, but this brand has gone down the drain. Not only will I never buy it again, but I’m definitely going to tell everybody I know about my experience with Timberland shoes.

  10. I am writing to you today so I can share my customer service experience with Timberland. I enter a store in Cherry Hill, NJ that advertised a sale for your Timberland boots. When my partner and I walked in we were greeted by a woman who said “hello ladies “, then another male worker said “I can spot them a mile away” That comment should have never come out of his mouth. This took place at 3 pm on Feb. 20. I just got off the phone with the person who said this to us letting him know how he belittle us when we arrived in his store. He did apologize but claimed he was talking about a TV show to his other male co-worker while looking at us and both were laughing. It’s 2016 this person needs some sensitivity training. So much for ” living VF’s core values of honesty, integrity and respect for others.” This man did not have any respect for me that is why we walked right back out of the store.
    I believe this store needs a visit by a VF auditor to remind them of VF’s Terms of Engagement and Global Compliance Principles.
