This is not the official email address to the customer service department, but rather the customer contact form. We sent an email requesting the hours of operation. Although the automated response stated we should receive a response within 24 hours, we are still waiting for a representative to contact us.

Contacting the Timberland customer support team was not difficult. We waited though the automated system, but in less than 90 seconds, we were speaking with a live agent. We asked how to contact the customer service department after hours. The representative explained if messages are sent after hours, a representative would answer the concerns during the next business day.
