Contacting SubZero Customer Service Center

When it comes to top of the line kitchen appliances the SubZero company name is well-known. SubZero takes care of the refrigeration in your ultimate dream kitchen, while partner Wolf takes care of the cooking appliances. SubZero is most well-known for freezers that cool to, you guessed it, sub-zero.

The official website for SubZero gives a detailed description of the many products sold by the company, but you cannot order the appliances directly from SubZero online. You must find a local SubZero appliance dealer to purchase the appliances.

to leave a comment about your customer service experience.

Contact Info:

Phone Contact Numbers

If you are interested in learning more about SubZero or Wolf appliances, you can contact the customer care department by phone. The customer care department will also be able to help you find a local dealer that sells SubZero and Wolf appliances.

No matter why you need to speak with customer service, this number is the one you should use. SubZero customer service can transfer customers to the appropriate department should they need additional information the representative is not prepared to give.

Mailing Address

We looked high and low for a corporate address for the SubZero company and we found nothing. There is no address listed on the company website, not even on the media page. Finally, we located a corporate address on another website with the phone number for corporate SubZero customer service.

SubZero
4717 Hammersley Road
Madison, WI 53711

The phone number for the SubZero customer service department at corporate is 1-608-271-2233 or 1-800-222-7820. Interestingly, this is the same phone number listed as the customer service phone number.

Official Website

If you are interested I either a SubZero or Wolf appliance, you can visit the official website at http://www.subzero-wolf.com. This is also the website address for SubZero customer service. Simply click on the Contact Customer Care link on the right of the page for more information on how to contact customer service.

The SubZero website gives a ton of information on each SubZero model, but you can also order a pamphlet that explains the appliance in detail. SubZero appliances are much more expensive than traditional appliances, thus the customer service and product support is much better.

Customer Service Email

SubZero may not publish a customer service email address, but they do offer a customer support via the contact us page on the main website. We sent an email to customer service to see if there was any contact information, like an email address, missing.

Our Experience

The SubZero customer service line is amazing. Customers are greeted by an automated response that explains customer service hours. The call is then immediately transferred to the next available customer service representative. The representative asked for our name before asking about the call. We asked if a specific model was available in black instead of stainless steel as shown on the website. It took about one minute for the representative to find the answer (no).

We expected a faster response time from a major home appliance company such as Sub-Zero. Unfortunately, the company took 2 days to respond to our email inquiry. Although the response time was not what we expected, we did receive the answers to our request. See the responses below:

Question: I was wondering if there is a customer service email address SubZero and Wolf customers can use to bypass this online form? Thanks!

Was your SubZero customer service experience as good as ours?

  3. Thank you for working with me on the service/labor cost. For twenty-five years I have experienced excellent service and product quality. Wilshire Refrigeration is to be commended for service excellence, and a client centric approach to the work that they do. Saul Herrera, Service Technician, truly knows his business; performed in a professional and friendly manner, and our community raves about Wilshire Refrigeration & Appliance, Inc. Excellent Service; and Outstanding Client Satisfaction.

  4. Sub Zero is by far the worst in customer service!! I recently spoke to Rachel in customer service and her superior Lydia. They both are terrible. They have no clue as to what is going on and how to service a customer. I am very disappointed in Sub Zero and would advise against buying any product made by Sub Zero. I am now going on Facebook and the BBB and letting everyone know my experience.

  5. WE are almost ready to purchase the Sub zero refer. /wolf double oven and a 5 burner contemporary gas stove top.
We would wait for a while on the stove top if the 5 burner CENTER stove top is available soon. where is the knobs located? thank you.

  6. We have had excellent customer service and technical support over the years and are now dealing with a refrigerator that isn’t cooling. We’ve taken numerous steps and feel we’re getting closer to nailing down the culprit … but no thanks to the technician I talked to today. Her name was Jodi and she showed little care and knowlege in helping me locate where the defrosting timer is. After much paging through her manual she came up with a parts number for which I thanked her and hung up because she wasn’t interested in helping me. I went to the computer and find that the part with that number is a light! I realize that we all have bad days and I hope that this was one of hers. We will continue to rely on the wonderful support we get from your company. Thank you kindly … Joanne

    • Costmer service recommended Wilshire Refrig. & Appil. My ice maker failed to work, after 11years on my Subzero ( 632/S ) Ron & Kenny tried everything in the world to get it working again or I would had to get another Refrig; remove the old one, install new one with Crain. ( 3rd story ) thanks Ron & Ken for your persistence.Ill call you in another 11years. Iam very happy with my Subzero.

  7. Hello,
Earlier today I spoke with Crystal at Customer Service and I wanted to share with you how pleased I was with that experience. Not only was Crystal pleasant and professional, she was more than kind to satisfy my request for a replacement part at no cost as a customer courtesy. It’s refreshing to receive that kind of service in today’s world. Sometimes you DO get what you pay for when you deal with a first class company such as yours. Crystal is a great representative for your company. I commend you for your service. I wish your company continued success and I’ll be sure to pass along my experience to others.
    Thanks.
