Customer Service Email
We were not thrilled to find Stores Online customer service lacks a customer service email address or contact form. The company allows customers to contact the webmaster if there is a problem with the website, but if there is a question or comment about the services provided, customer service or a new business the visitor is asked to call or write to a representative.

The Stores Online customer service system is automated, but you don’t have to worry about listening to a ton of options. If you are calling about a payment or financial issue, press 1 as soon as the call is picked up. Otherwise hold on the line and your call will be answered by a representative. The automated system will even tell you what number you are in line. We were number 2 and waited less than 45 seconds for a customer representative. When you call you will need your Stores Online key to speak with a representative. If you do not have the key the agent will need to verify your identity.
