We wanted to test out several ways to reach the customer service department at SportsMemorabilia.com. We connected with a live agent by Live Chat and by calling the hotline. When we used the Live Chat, the agent (Bradley) immediately asked how they could help. We also noticed that they provided their contact information in case the chat is disconnected.

We asked about the return policy relating to game-used items. Bradley explained that the following items couldn’t be returned: All custom orders, including custom framed photos and jerseys, game-used and game issued items, vintage items and merchandise that has been delivered more than 30 days prior to emailing sportsmemorabilia.com.

When we called the hotline, we were pleasantly surprised to hear Los Angeles Laker legend “Magic” Johnson directing the call.
