As a smaller company, we expected a better than average customer service experience. We have to note, the customer service hotline is confusing at first, but eventually was better. We continued to select the option for the customer service department, only to stumble across another automated system. The only good thing about the confusing system was we waiting less than 2 minutes before speaking to the customer service department.
We asked the agent if the contact information for the CEO was accurate or merely a scam to make customers believe the head of the company was available. The agent informed us the CEO is available. They went further to explain the reason is due to the size of the company allows the CEO to reach out to the customer base. The customer service department definitely impresses. Did they impress you? I love my sonos but it’s difficult when every other time I turn it on I have to go through a series of prompts to update vs just enjoy my music.. I miss the design of the old background, it’s just plain generic white now, not sure why sonos bothered with another change?
Your “update” knocked me off my service & all I get is recorded nonsense.
Newest upgrade is piece of crap. Learn from Amazon. Keep it simple. Can’t even use my system. You should be ashamed
