Our Experience
When you call the customer service department, you will hear a rather lengthy automated response system. In order to bypass the automated system, you will need to press zero (0). Within 90 seconds, you will reach a live agent. The customer service agent answered the call and we asked several questions relating to the cost and reliability of service.
